I have been a patient with Dr. Harari for many years and have had very good experiences each time. Dr. Harari, nursing staff and lab tech were nice as always and very professional. However, the front desk staff were absolutely terrible. They greeted myself and everyone who entered in a short impersonal manner. No hello or how may I help you just a rude “sign your name and time of arrival. Almost 40 minutes after my sign in time I got up to see why everyone who arrived after me had been called back. I don't know what is up with the bad reviews. Personally, I have been coming here for 10 years and I have had basically zero issues. My prescriptions are taken care of usually within a couple of days when I call or send a portal message. Lab staff is fairly quick, but sometimes you have to wait just like anywhere else. I would much rather come here for labs than go to a Sonora quest.
I have been here with 3 or 4 different insurance plans and never have gotten a crazy surprise bill or anything.
Have seen multiple NPs/PAs in addition to Dr. Harari and they have all been nice.

I have been working with Jen to improve my nutrition and to lose weight. I have been successful taking off the weight slowly and naturally with Jen’s excellent counsel. She respects my opinions and provides me with useful resources to assist me in my weight loss journey.
