Dr Richardson is awesome, as well Dr Munez , and Dr Nguyen, My wife and I love the Dr's in this facility, always on top or issues and so pleasant to deal with.

I’m not sure why this office has horrible reviews but my experience was excellent. Staff was nice, I waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back, less than 5 to actually speak to the doctor, doctor was attentive and did not disrespect or disregard me (my bar is low but she was also very nice), parking was good and the have onsite labs

This is the worst doctor's office I've ever dealt with. I got 20 different calls about changing my appointment with wasted time. I finally said ENOUGH and just cancelled. They told me I needed to update to a doctor that was in their practice. They told me the doctor I saw last year was never in their practice. I can't stand liars.

This review is for the Glendale Thunderbird location Dr Kenneth merchant. I'm a trauma patient just had a cardiac event had to have a new generator put in. I defy PCPs I don't go to them but this office kept pounding me so I said why not after just having this cardiac event I'll go and see. Go in to see Dr Kenneth merchant. Being a trauma patient I would kind of like to get to know my doctor and tell him a little bit about my history. As this doctor's going to be handling my personal affairs My medical stuff. That's important. Nonetheless Dr Kenneth merchant tells me I don't care this is a business... Wait a minute. You're a doctor supposed to be taken care of my care I want to try to find out who you are and if we're going to mesh if we're going to be okay as a patient doctor that we're going to see eye to eye on stuff. He didn't want to hear that this is just a business to him You are just a number to him that was made very clear this appointment occurred 7/21 /2025. Dr Kenneth merchant is why I don't go see doctors, they don't care about you .. You finally reach out to a doctor after not seeing one for decades and the first one you see treats you like you don't exist,.. thank you Dr Kenneth merchant for reminding me why I will never go to another doctor.

I’ve been going here since 2019 or so. I used to drive all the way from Payson. Now I live in Florence and I still do not mind driving the hour. I see Dr Woods. He’s amazing. I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes. I’m in and out of there so quick. My migraines are under control and I’ve had maybe 3 in 5 years! So thankful for the Dr’s and staff. A quick text with questions or Rx refill requests and I’m taken care of by the end of the day. The girls are VERY pleasant and professional. My 8 year old daughter likes to go in with me because she likes the staff and Dr Woods so much. I’m not sure what the previous low star ratings are all about. I have nothing bad to say about this facility! I can easily choose another neurologist closer to me but I would never! I always recommend this place to everyone looking for a Dr.

Got to my appointment 45 minutes early. After waiting for 15 minutes past my appointment time and not hearing anything, I cancelled with Dr. Richardson. I'm not going to wait an hour. If my time is worth nothing to you, your service is worth nothing to me.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Dr Kidane is the worst I've ever seen. You cannot understand him. I'm also frustrated with the ethics of this office. He referred me to a Dr regarding an issue he couldn't help me. They scheduled an appointment with Dr Kidane to follow up on my LABS that he ordered. My labs were normal. They have multiple signs ALL over the office that say if your labs are normal they will call and tell you and cancel the appointment. They did not do that so I went in for him to tell me labs were normal. Now they are charging me for that 30 second conversation. Because Dr Kidane said he was following up with the issue he referred me for. Very deceiving. Avoid at all costs.
