“Needed some items tailored right away and everyone was booked out. Nordstroms, dedicated tailors, dry cleaners, nobody could turn them around fast. Found natural cleaners and at first I was concerned that they didn't answer their phone during business hours but I received a text right away and they interacted right away. I got in same day for measurements and then the work was done a day before it was promised. AND, they were the least expensive around, called 8 places, and closest to my house. Will definitely use them for future tailoring needs.“

“I see people posting about poor experiences but I think that was with previous ownership. I’ve never had a problem. Staff is friendly, and I appreciate that they don’t use harsh petroleum products so it’s better for their employees and the environment.“
