Excellent customer service. Luke has a great attitude, is very responsive and very knowledgeable. He proactively made the best choices for our pool.

We have been with Down Under Pool Care for nearly 15 years. Luke, Emrie and their team have always been responsive whenever an issue has come up. We manage rental property and have been consistently very pleased with their service. Of course over a 15 year period there will be bumps in the road. Any time I have called them to address a situation they respond, promptly and professionally to help us solve the issue and move forward. I highly recommend Down Under Pool Care!
