The therapists at this facility are attentive and knowledgeable. I feel I am getting quality medical attention. The office is welcoming and professional. I am getting used to the way they check in patients and book upcoming appointments. I particularly like Regan as a therapist. She's has a lot of hand/wrist medical expertise and is also very caring. Regan gives me tips for at-home exercises and how to self- monitor. I am healing and progress has been good. Overall, I would highly recommend this facility to friends, family, and anyone else needing to rehabilitate their hands or wrists.
After 17 sessions at Desert Hand in Glendale, led by Brittany Moya who did a great job, I switched to the much closer office in Chandler led by Richard Standage and did 50 more sessions. He is also excellent, and the staff at both places is competent and professional. I regained a functional ROM in my left elbow of 25° to 135°, and so I recommend Desert Hand to people looking for upper extremity range of motion increases after surgery. Note: In addition to therapy at the office, I also wore a black static splint (provided by Desert Hand) for extension, and a white JAS splint (provided by Hanger Clinic) for flexion.
Heard about place from paper in Dr's office and 5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars all around. Nothing negative to say about everyone that I have had to deal with so far. I see the same in the future! I have a long way to go!
