New to the area and needed a new aesthetician. Her studio was so dirty and unprofessional looking! Clutter everywhere, instead of sheets was using an old blanket on the bed. She also showed up late to my appointment. When I met her, she was wearing a baseball cap, leggings and a sweatshirt with dog fur on it. I felt like I was not in good hands and wouldn’t trust her near my face. I walked out on her and took the late cancellation fee.

Went to Desert Glow Aesthetics earlier this week for a new client consultation facial! Courtney was warm, kind, knowledgeable, and her attention to detail was impressive to say the least. She made sure I was comfortable by checking in with me throughout my appt and was an attentive and patient listener as I explained my current skin regimen. Courtney specializes in treating acne, which is something I've struggled with since I was a teen but more so now in my 20s. It is a major insecurity of mine and I finally feel hopeful that I can actually get clearer skin if I put in the work and allow her to help me (it's a no-brainer lol). Courtney is seriously the best! She listens to your concerns and does what is best for your skin. I suffered from bad acne in my teenage years and had bad scarring as a result. I have seen Courtney for over a year now and my skin has never looked better. My scarring has smoothed out a ton and I’m way more comfortable going without makeup. She recommends products on your needs and makes a plan that is individualized. So happy I found her! ?
