On my most recent visit, I had a truly above and beyond experience thanks to his dental assistant, Bo. Bo is an absolute gem. She assisted Dr. Clayton during my crown procedure, and from start to finish she made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely cared for. When the office got cold after a couple of hours, she brought me a blanket without me even asking. That small act said everything about who she is. Overall pretty good experience as a new patient who was due for a cleaning. Good customer service booking the initial appointment and no mention of any out of pocket costs after they collected my insurance information. The day of, I was told it would be $70 for X-rays and I had some questions about the insurance with the female receptionist that could have been handled better but not a deal breaker. Once the appointment had started, the rest of the staff was very professional and polite. Only reason for the 4 star was due to the waiting in between each task and overall cost. I have had problems for years because of a medication I took. Pain and constant infections. I moved to Arizona in July of 25 and went to 6 dentists. I was brushed off or refused medication (antibiotics) .. I was in crazy pain. Then I was referred to crossroads and met Dr Chaffee. I was less than nice because of the intense pain I was in. They were KIND, EMPATHETIC, PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING. I was treated like a human in pain. Everyone was so nice. I was given details and explanations on what needed to be done and then they financed it for me! I can not sing their praises loud enough! I wish I had found them last year.
