Excellent clinic for PT! Therapist McKenzie has impressed me with her knowledge, understanding and experience. She listened, examined and has me on a path to getting back to my activities. I have felt my progress and am, for the first time in a while, happy with getting stronger all of the time.
Also, the front desk people are always friendly. They remind you to make your appointments and work to accommodate your schedule. I am so thankful I was referred to this clinic!
Had to have therapy for a knee injury. My physical therapist Christine has been excellent. 6 weeks in and she has improved my pain and mobility and helped me build up strength. I have supplemented her therapy at home, following her exercise recommendations and it seems to be working well. Everyone - the therapists, the assistants, the receptionists have been friendly and helpful.I have only good things to say about OrthArizona PT at the Ice Den Chandler!
It’s a wonderful staff. The girls at the front desk have always been very helpful and greet you with a smile. They take the time to answer any questions about your ortho account, scheduling, billing, and more. From first walking into an appointment until you leave you feel at home.
