I had such an amazing experience with Gianna! I went in after not having my hair done for over 3 years, so I was honestly a little nervous but she completely exceeded my expectations.
From the consultation, she really listened to what I wanted and helped guide me toward the best options to achieve a soft, natural balayage. I appreciated how informative she was she explained the techniques she was using and answered all my questions in a way that made me feel confident and involved in the process.
