Lamont from Chicago, who has just opened up a new Barbershop inside, seen me outside of the building and came outside to direct me (since although small, this building can be confusing). “Wow, Theresa is SUCH A GEM and a true expert in lash extensions (she also trains others in her methods). I can say that she is extremely meticulous and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your new lashes!She knew exactly the type of look I was going for to enhance the natural shape of my eye and perfect for a beach getaway (where you don't want to have apply mascara everyday). She gave me the most beautiful natural lashes, but she can also do more of a bold look. She is very versatile so just show her pictures of what you're going for and she'll make it happen. I also love that she only uses Feather Lashes, which feel so light, you barely notice you have them on! They lasted through a two-week vacation in Mexico (very humid climate) and three weeks later, they still look great!After the session, she took the time to send me all of the details about the lash extensions I received so I would know what to ask for if I needed it in the future. She even helped me track down an alternative to the medical grade eyelash shampoo she recommended when I realized the one she suggested wouldn't arrive in time before I left for my vacation!And if that wasn't enough, she is the absolute sweetest person ever! She truly loves what she does, helping women feel and look even more beautiful. Highly recommend trying to schedule if you can as I'm not sure if she is taking many new clients these days!“
