Dr Berry is the BEST !!
Your front desk office staff, we'll, it seems like there is Always an issue! I sat for over 40 minutes waiting and when I had to use the restroom they came for me after 30 minutes! Went .to the front desk to ask why I was still waiting, they came to get me! At least when I arrived they did say Good Morning, which is more then the last time I was there, so progress!
I had a very thorough eye exam as my first experience at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center. I had shingles in the right eye in 2015 and the cornea in that eye remains scarred. They recommended laser surgery to repair that cornea, and I’m probably going to do it. Also they found small blood clots in the left eye. I have an appointment with a retinal specialist in the same group within 2 weeks to explore that problem. Very pleased with their exam and their follow-up.
The experience with Dr. Hutchings and her assistant (my apologies for forgetting her name) was outstanding. She asked a simple but important question, “is everything ok and can I help you (my wife and I) with anything. Good customer service is rare but the staffs warmth, attentiveness and attention to detail will keep me coming back. Thank you Dr. Hutchings and staff.
