Kim is a wonderful nail tech, from a classic French, to fun designs. I have had a regular appointment every 2 weeks for over the last 10 years so my nails are always fresh and beautiful - my husband loves it

I didn't use the service. This was my experience though. I thought I would try them out. Seemed like a good place.I starting calling Monday morning. Each time I received a voice recording telling me that each stylist set their own hours and if I reached the recording then try again later. I did. 10 times over two days. FINALLY someone answered and I asked to schedule an appointment. Her response was to give me the cell phone of a stylist that was accepting new clients.I called and left a message. No response. Two days and not a single call.I understand that stylist rent the chairs, but it would be nice if someone answered the phone while they were there. Collectively they are the company, what they do and don't do is a reflection of the company. This, sadly is a poor one.ETA: yes, I tried on Monday and did realize you were closed. Tried Tuesday until finally I got someone. I received a stylists phone number and left a message Tuesday morning. As of titration evening I didn't receive a call back yet. Three days is crazy absurd.I guess, since you're assisting the blame, that I could've text if I had known a number to. I want aware of an online scheduling option, since I was trying to schedule my first appointment. It's funny you mention great clips and supercuts as an alternative. That same day I was trying to calling you, I called several salons. All answered and they have the same set up as you do, the stylists set their own appointments. I'm excited to say I set an appointment elsewhere. Although you may think it's unfair based on a call, it's very fair IMO because how consumers are treated starts with that first phone call. The stylist may be excellent at their craft and skills, However, if you can't even get to that point, no one would know.I wasn't expecting walk in services or an immediate appointment. My stylist is Allen and he is terrific! Salon has a laid back hometown vibe. Great parking and easy to get to.
