I went in today looking for a basic transportation vehicle for my daughter. I had been looking at the Nissan Versa and was shopping the entire valley. I am usually cautious and critical of car dealerships so I was a skeptic going in. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality service I received from sales and finance. I live a couple of miles from another Nissan dealer however, I have been coming here for a couple years when we need our '22 Pathfinder serviced. They've always been fair, transparent, and willing provide service that aligns with our heavy use needs. Case in point, our recent purchase of tires. Though I had called ahead and made sure our tires would be in stock, my service writer, Caryl, came and let me know they were two short and her manager was going to another dealership to get them. I was offered a ride home and they delivered my car by 1pm. They could have kept me in the dark, I would have just figured that they were super busy. Instead they admitted the error and took action to make it right. That is appreciated and that is why we will continue to go out of our way to have our vehicle serviced here.
This was my first time dealing with Autonation Nissan of Chandler and it was a pleasurable experience. Anthony Bianco Jr. assisted be in the purchase of a gently used Armada. He was very knowledgeable about the Armada and professional sales person. Ian in the F&I dept was also nice to work with as well and as a former Service writer was helpful regarding warranties. I recommend them for your automobile needs. I will try them out in the service dept in the future. Their GM really has developed a nice culture there and its noticeable compared to other valley dealerships.
