We had an emergency and they saw us right away without charging an extra fee, and they were great with my dog, and it was a great price, we are making them our vet now.

Great experience for our dog Kimi. I couldn't get into my typical vet due to bad timing, a recent acquirement, and trend in their service. I was referred to Arizona Avenue and loved the experience.
Staff was polite and handled everything perfectly. Love the phone app and ability to communicate over the phone. We were able to get Kimi the meds she needs and ran a few tests while we were there.
I felt that they were very mindful of our furry friend and for us as owners. They made sure we could get the best care for Kimi while not wasting anyone's time.
I will be switching primary vets and will come to Arizona Avenue from now on.

We take both our cat and dog here and they are always so caring and friendly! Our dog is a bit reactive to other dogs and they are super helpful by letting us wait in the car and come in the side door for our appointment. Definitely a great vet that will take care of your fur babies!

Absolutely amazing experience as both a former employee and as an active client at Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic. I have always been happy with the customer service from all staff members I have come across and every time I go I know they have me and my pets best interest in mind. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is interested in working in the veterinary field or to anyone who has pets that need care, they can rest assured that they and their animals are in amazing hands at Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic.

Vet is nice and helpful. Receptionists need training on actually answering the phones/ working on their phone etiquette. Was charged for a service that wasn’t provided and the receptionist that we spoke with was rude and unprofessional when we called to get this fixed.

When facing the difficult decision to euthanize your loved pet, consider taking them to Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic. I brought my 14 year old cat, Bubba there and he was treated with a loving and a caring staff. I was never pushed into making a decision to spend more money than necessary and felt my choice was for the best to end his pain. I will deeply miss my furry friend forever. Rest in peace, Bubba.
