Rich and his staff were great to work with. I called him at 11pm when our water heater sprung a leak. He was at our house by 7am and explained clearly what to expect. Very professional and courteous, and shared some useful tips on keeping our new water heater in good shape. Would definitely recommend!
I had a very difficult drain to clear. 20 years of grease buildup. Rich, who is the owner, was on the job. He went the extra mile to get it done. He is very committed to doing an excellent job. I highly recommend him.
We were having issues with our garbage disposal and reached out to Rich to come take a look at it. Before scheduling an appointment, he was actually able to quickly diagnose the problem over the phone and walk us through how to fix it right away. I appreciated Rich so much for taking the time to help us over the phone instead of coming out and charging us for what turned out to be an easy fix. We will definitely use Rich in the future for any plumbing needs and highly recommend him for his knowledge and professionalism!
