This is the third project we have done with Kevin and Kim, and it was unique because we were doing it in Arizona but living in California. We could not have asked for a better experience and our remodel is fantastic.Even though it was a smaller job, Kevin was onsite almost daily, kept us informed with pictures and video, kept the job site immaculate and offered such helpful advice on decisions we had to make quickly and from afar. Kim provided us great contacts for some of our design aspects. We feel so lucky that they were able to take our project on, they are simply the best to work with. We have used Dustin for 3 jobs. Up until now I loved his work. However, this last time was highly disappointing. We had an $11,000 job, no small amount of cash for us, and rarely saw him. Mistakes were made that he said I should have caught and told him about and that he would have caught it eventually. When... if he never came?Subcontractors were the only ones at the job. I rarely heard from him. I refused to accept crooked barn doors and and now still waiting 7 weeks later to have the room completed with the doors remaining. Wow! The detail and the perfection that goes into everything this husband and wife team does is absolutely amazing! I’m super picky and every question was answered and work was 100 + percent. So GLAD I picked them. Price isn’t everything cheaper not better so glad I choose them with my project!!!!!Thanks for the AWESOME job!
