Vince was very pleasant and we had a great conversation about all of the issues that we had and discussed all options we are very happy and excited to them to come back and help us.
My heater made the banging noises and shutting down . I called the company and they immediately send their technician the next day! Garret Huey found the problem and ordered the part came next day installed the new part ! I am very impressed Garret knowledge, professional and hardworking! He explained to me about the problem and the fix! The air conditioning works very well!!! I thanks Garret and his company got the job done well and very fast! I recommend this company and Garrett.
One of our two AC units went out, so I called Airtime for repair. They came out within hours of my call and quickly diagnosed the issue, blower motor failure. We discussed repair options and given the current age of our system (18 years old), we decided to stop the bleeding and evaluate replacement options. Airtime quickly provided a recommendation and a detailed estimate for the project.
