Absolutely amazing! Super friendly customer service was able to explain everything that was going wrong and what needed to be done. He was able to attack the problem and give me some of the best AC service I’ve ever received in Arizona. Will continue to use for the years to come and super happy with how everything turned out!
They came out, diagnosed, and fixed my AC on the spot, all in the same day! The home warranty was a pain as always, but I just gave them a call first thing Monday morning, and the lady called me back and was so nice and made room in the schedule for me.
Airamedics was assigned by my Home Warranty company after multiple negative encounters with another company (not showing up, not calling back, having little availability).
They were great! They contacted me right away, diagnosed the issue, and got it fixed quickly. The techs Bobby and Jacob were great - polite, clear communication about the issues, and efficient. Would highly recommend!
