I was extremely pleased with Justin's response to my repair request. I found him to be honest in his assessment of the problem and his recommendation to replace. I will definitely call Justin for any future appliance repair issues. Five Stars are not enough!

This is my second time using A Better Applicance Repair and this time was equally as good as the first time, This experience was on my gently used Whirlpool Cabrio platinum model for it started to sing, squeak and scream at me though functionally it was performing just fine. However I needed to close both doors to the laundry room and turn up the music for sanity sakes. I googled the symptoms and pretty much nailed the issue in about 30 minutes or R & D along with giving me two other possible but not probably issues.
