I've been going to 20/20 for about 10 years now and I absolutely love it. I used to go to the Tempe location, but have been going to the one in Chandler for the last 6 years or so. Moved out to Maricopa and my husband and I will still make the drive there because of their great service. Highly recommend!

Dr Go was great. Professional and answered all my questions. The selection process for a progressive lens is confusing. Too many options. Estimate was not completely itemized and hand written on a post it note.

Dr. Milita waived an optical scan payment when a dilation procedure wouldn’t take. I found out there is some abnormal issue with one eye but she assured me everything would turn out fine. She also recommended I get a second opinion if I choose to do so, which no eye care let alone health care provider has ever instilled in me. Great service and care all around.
