Very professional, friendly, and supportive care. Offices are convenient, clean and top of the line.Office hours, open five days a week and multiple providers make it easy to get care when needed. Great place!

My recent visit to Village Medical was just ok. The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful in my diagnosis - but there were new staff members and supposedly system issues happening that made my wait time far too long. I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment (the request was 20 minutes prior to allow time for 'check in'). I was called back at my appointment time but did not get seen until 40 minutes after my appointment start time. I find it incredibly frustrating to be asked that I arrive 20 minutes early and then am seen 40 minutes late. I feel that is disrespectful to me and my time. Dr. Mark Lewis has been very attentive and I appreciate how he has been with me at my visits. He’s willing to sit down and go over things with me so I feel comfortable with everything happening and my visits. He takes the time to explain things with me thoroughly
