I brought a 54 year-old homemade wedding gown in to be spot cleaned and steamed. Unfortunately, there was a couple of spots on the velvet glass gown, along with heavy beating on the sleeves. Well, this cleaner was not able to accept my garment for cleaning, they were extremely professional and kind. I would not hesitate going back to them in the future.
