I have used Four Seasons for a while now. And when I had to install a new Air and furnace system in my house. They were so wonderful thru the whole process. The technician, she knows her job and when she is done with the inspection, she goes over everything she checked and even helped program my thermostat. So pleased I had my sister use them on her house.
I’ve used Four Seasons maintenance plan for about two years and they’ve always been easy and reliable to work with. I’ve liked all their techs that have come out, but this most recent time they came out Jorge/George was the tech. He was simply excellent! Was extra thorough and patiently walked us through his observations and made sure we had all our questions answered. I would have given a 5 star review before Jorge, but his service prompted me to actually do it!
I called in because my unit wasn’t working and got the chance to speak to Reyna, she was really helpful and really kind! , She answered all my questions and concerns which I greatly appreciated, She made me feel like A priority, Overall very good customer service!!
