Darlene from customer service was a joy to work with. The quote came quickly with no surprises. She communicated everything clearly and even sent a picture of my plumber so I knew who to expect. Great communication system with arrival time updates. Plumbing tech was very professional, courtious and answered all our questions. The line in the wall and further down was plugged and not draining completely. Problem was fixed and resolved. The price for the service was fair and reasonable especially given the quality of the overall service.

We had a toilet leak last night and I called Capstone early this morning. I was told they’d arrive between 10-1, and they came at 11. Both of the workers were very affable and outgoing, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Highest rating.
