As I was traveling through Arizona on a long trip from New Mexico to California and back, I felt my tire was out of balance and upon realizing my tires were very old, decided to get 4 new tires with Big O. Great service was provided, not only was my truck ready and back on the road in about 2 hours I had the peace of mind knowing it was smooth sailing Thank you Michelle!! She was the best and very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish.I had a nail in my tire which I knew was not patch able and I suspected that I needed new tires as my current ones were not passing the penny test so when the sales person called me I was not surprised He was able to give me 4 new tires that were comparable to what I had with a longer mileage warranty as well as a 3 year warranty, that will cover the tire if I get another nail where it can’t be repaired. I would recommend them this has been my second experience and each time has been a good experience and each time it has been with different representatives.

This is definitely the go to place here in Cave Creek for Tires. The service is amazing! I just got my 2nd set of tires from them over the years… I totally forgot to bring my lock key from home.. they had the car up.. and they took the time to drive me home to pick it up with their shop truck and back! Great service all around.. special call out to Judah who really is professional and goes out of his way to provide top notch customer service!
