They would have gotten five stars if they had gotten me out in the 45 minutes that they told me initially. Instead it ended up taking an hour and 20 minutes to get out and there were no complications that I was made aware of.

I originally went to Valvoline because, with a coupon, my oil change was going to cost $47. After waiting in line, I was told they were out of the conventional oil I wanted. The only option available was a synthetic blend that would have increased my total to $77. That was more than I wanted to spend, so I decided to leave.

I want to say that the staff were just top notch kind people. I don’t know her name, the service advisor that handled my car, but she was the best. And they did a great job installing tires on my classic car and treated the car with care.
