Just thought I would update my review doctor is amazing but scheduling staff is a whole other level. I requested a call back hence being caller 52 I got the call back to reschedule my follow-up appointment to yet be put on hold for another 15 min. I will personally be going in rather than calling to schedule or reschedule appointments. If a patient calls or requests a call back the staff answering the phone should be able to assist rather than having to find someone else to assist

Dr Petkov is absolutely ahead of the curb and his staff on site is the most caring group of ladies I've ever encountered! I also had the pleasure of meeting Philly today their very attentive and sweet office person who actually listened... I recommend this office to anyone looking for an obgyn in Casa Grande. And it's worth mentioning that their lab technicians where the fastest most efficient ladies I've ever encountered as well...

If you value your time I suggest going elsewhere. My doctor is great but the wait times are unacceptable.1st Appt: 30 mins late2nd Appt: 45 mins late3rd Appt: 1 hour late and counting(reviewing as I wait)Dr. Herried is fantastic and is the only reason I keep coming back as it truly seems that she cares about her patients. Wish the practice could get it together.
