I have to agree with reviewers who say there is no communication between departments. It is impossible to communicate with the doctors through Healow or trying to contact individual doctors. When making first contact with a new doctor I was given a cup and swabs with no instruction other than leave specimens in the restroom. Doctor spent several minutes in the room, wrote a prescription for antibiotics. Very bad first experience.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The run around, the lack to the attention to detail and the lack of care my daughter has been receiving is unimaginable. They don't call you back with test results when they tell you they will, they don't call you to schedule ultrasounds or they send you to a place that doesn't have a tech that does obgyn ultrasounds, they tell you you look like you have placenta previa and might need a c-section which causes a complete panic attack, prescribe mood meds and tell you you will need another ultrasound because your 2nd one is different from your first and they do not note any of it in your chart. Have to continually call and complain just to get the care you feel you deserve and complaints fall on deaf ears. You can't get anyone at corporate on the phone, voicemail boxes are full, they don't return calls, this place absolutely doesn't care at all. I would second guess if you're looking at this place for your care, go someone else first ... this place would definitely and should definitely be your last resort. STAY AWAY!!! OHHH and let me add that the office manager, Sabrina is the most uncaring condescending person who does not need to be in her position so don't bother trying to complain or plead your case to her either.

I have been going there for nearly 20 years. The lack of care or even caring is so sad to experience and see, it wasn't always like this there. They can't keep staff, most importantly, doctors and PA's. Every time one leaves the patient is left to figure it out on their own. They used to know that their patients were their paycheck. Now, they depend on people not caring and continue to neglect the patient without the reality of knowing that they too can and will be fired. I have experienced countless times of going without meds when my Dr's leave and have had withdrawal effects. The lack of care when a dr leaves is horrible. When Dr's leave, your not notified, when trying to refill meds, not knowing your dr is gone, they simply don't care, they just pushed it aside with no call to me. It's all about money and never about care. It isn't my fault you can't keep Dr's there. However, it is your fault that you now want to treat me as a new patient every time you lose another provider and yes I've gone through this several times. 4 years ago was the first time i experienced this. I was awaiting test results when my 1st dr left the practice. I ended up being diagnosed with breast cancer. Their idea of notifying me me, due to my dr leaving the practice and me not knowing, was to have someone I've never seen before call me to let me know. Then when I start crying he says " oh, is this your first time with this?" So, didn't care to even read my file before you make this type of a call. Didn't have my Dr's assistant call me. Didn't care to even be nice about it or have respect about it and when I met this guy, Derrick a PA, in person he was such a jerk and one of those I am God type. Now, I'm left with withdrawals again, treated like a new patient Again. No follow through when i find out whats going on, Again.After nearly 20 years I am now looking for a new dr instead of going through this ever again. You should be ashamed Sunlife in Casa Grande, the lack of patient Care/ caring is inhumane. Your a Dr's office. Your first responsibility is to Care. It is a personal thing for the patients in your care. We are people not just a paycheck for you. You literally have our lives in your hands. Shame on you.

Called today for a visit and got it for the next hour.I felt listen to and the Dr Sahra Husher took her time to listen and talked about different solutions with me. Definitely staying with her. You can tell when a doctor actually cares or they don't. ?

We had a great experience at Sun Life Pediatrics. They were able to fit us the same day for a sick child. We were able to see Tyler Glassford. He was very professional & answered all our concerns. I would recommend him to anyone in the CG area.

So far I am pleased with how through and genuinely concerned about my health PA J. NIX was. We are new to AZ and it has been a challenge to find doctors near me.

You have to wait 30+ mins. to even get through on their phones and then you wait about an hour before you even get seen yet the appointments are super quick. I don't get why an office will tell you to be there at a certain time and not see you till an hour or more later as if our time isn't valuable. Irritating. Gonna find a new office to take my child.

Avoid this place at all costs. 1st appointment waited for over an hour for the pediatrician only for her to come in a rush me through the appointment in 5 minutes. Now been trying 2 days to get an appointment and finally get a call back right now but missed it. Called right back within 5 minutes only to have a woman answer who I could barely hear with all the people talking in thr background, tell me no one is available to set up an appointment. What about her? What about all the people talking and laughing in the background!

Ghetto. Front staff nice 1 nurse was nice with nice eyelash extensions was super friendly and patient and professional. The rest of staff back there....I'm gonna say ... GHETTO and they gossip. LOUD. FIY. If you're going to gossip about patients you have absolutely no business being in health care. Especially when you have super nice patients like me. cause there's some real jerks out there. Some of them don't even wear appropriate attire. Jeans and a shirt and super unprofessional and they are rude and lack education. Expected at that place.

We just moved to the casa grande area and I decided to bring my one year old in to get his wellness exam and one year immunizations. The front staff was very helpful and courteous! The area was kept clean as well. We saw doctor Byram, and we look forward to visiting her again! She was very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. She gifted my little guy a book and made sure I had all of the information I needed to take home and read. She also went over the information with me. She is straight to the point and by far the best pediatrician we have seen thus far.
