I am so glad I found Richelle’s Pampered Poodle. I have taken my dog to another local grooming salon and my dog had nothing but terrible experiences, silly me giving them chance after chance to redeem themselves. My dog has been terribly afraid of going to the groomer. Walking into this place the atmosphere felt completely different! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They didn’t just have me drop my dog off and head out. They took the time to meet my dog, educate me on my dog’s grooming care, and was very honest about everything that goes on in the salon. Beeessttt groomer in town! I’ve been taking my babies there for almost 3 years now, AMAZING staff , the ladies are always so friendly, always so nice, my babies always come back happy and smelling delicious. I have struggled so much in the past finding a good groomer, i tried petsmart, sassy paws, shaggy chic, etc, my babies were always so scared and they either took way too long or the haircut was choppy and they didn’t smell so great, here they treat them all like babies, they are quick, very efficient, they have the best haircuts, they’re coat is always so soft and shiny and the smell ?? 10 out of 10 Thank you ladies for caring the way you do!!
