Lady was sitting on her chair on her phone the other guy said something to her in Vietnamese and she looked up at me and then she got up slowly and then she she proceeded to do my nails. I asked her if she could give me coffin nails, and then she started grinding my nails down too very short when they were super long and natural not happy with her. I won’t ever go back to regal if I could leave them zero stars I would.

Last time I’ll go here… not sure why I even tried the second time. They’re rude and they really don’t have a lot of skill. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet and my nails broke. The tech couldn’t do the design and switched me and they made me feel like a burden even when I said we could skip the design and do just color. I skipped my pedicure because I wanted to leave so bad and almost cried. I’ve never had them be in such bad condition so early on and I’m not rough on my nails so this is crazy.

Wish I could give negative stars. This experience was horrible! This was my last resort for a quick last minute set since everyone else told me I needed to make an appointment. The place is very unsanitary. The man who did my nails rushed the job and wouldn’t listen. I had to keep telling him after he added the tips, that they were crooked, he tried to debate that they were fine, all the fingers on my right hand were just crooked (LOL that’s a first), I showed my 10 year old and she said “omg mom, why are they leaning?”. Smh. They are all different lengths and widths. Ugh never again.

I had a "Mom & me" day with my speciL needs daughter. Jennifer & Nickie could not have treated us any better. Both were kind and friendly and very patient with us. We had a pedicure and manicure. My daughter fell asleep while having her nails painted she reached out and was holding Jennifer's hand while Jennifer gently finished her nails. It so touched my heart, they were both smiling!! I had the best pedicure I've ever had along with a great foot massage and warm wax treatment. What a relaxing experience! Big thanks to both ladies. Will be going back without a doubt!!

I LOVE how my nails turned 9ut! They did a fantastic job! I was a walk in and I didn't even have to wait 10 minutes. About half way through they got slammed and I didn't feel rushed. The 4 instead of 5 stars is only bc the gentleman was heavy with the file and I have a Couple cuts that I think he may have thought was nail polish. (I got a beautiful red gel polish put on.) Other than that though will definitely go back!

Was toldThat it'll be an hour to get a fell in done waited then they said another hour becouse a unscheduled ped walked in they dont want ur money unless ur a ped.... Wotest place around
