Front office staff are amazing, Professional, caring & kind. Matt Olsen’s staff are the best! He was able to diagnose my problem, give me antibiotic as well as additional needed information. Matt was also able to ease my mind from additional worrisome concern.

As a new patient, I was not sure what to expect meeting a new PCP. First they emailed me the form to fill out ahead of time, this saved time when I arrived. This office is efficient! No waiting, went right into the exam room. My NP was wonderful, she listened, made referrals to other doctors I need and offered any support I will need in the future. Basically, happy I chose Optima for my PCP needs.

As usual, I always have a really good experience at Optima Medical!! The treatment is always the same !!Everyone was so kind and helpful starting at the front desk to the back where the MA took my Vital signs!! And my NP Jessica Oliver ❤️ is the 👌🏽. She is so attentive and compassionate, and really care about what's going on with her patient!! I would not go anywhere else!! I'll give her 💯 % and the front desk 💯% also!!I would recommend my family and friends to Optimal Medical 🧡

I am very pleased with my current doctor at Optima. Dr. Vandersommen is excellent. He has taken the time to get to know me and build a relationship. He is extremely knowledgeable and answers my questions honestly and completely. He never makes me feel rushed. He treats me with respect. He obviously stays up to date in his field. He has a way of listening that makes me feel both seen and heard. And he takes what I tell him seriously. I have never felt brushed off or that my concerns are ignored. Rather than just a doctor, he is a healer. He cares and it shows. That is becoming more and more uncommon these days.
These days, the way our health care system works, is that insurance companies (who are not licensed to practice medicine) end up making medical decisions for patients, affecting what treatment is available to them by the payment decisions made by the company. As this climate has built in the last few years, practitioners like Dr. Vandersommen are becoming more and more rare. I am so grateful to have Dr. Vandersommen on my team.

Great experience every time we go into the facility, it’s always clean and the front desk employees are always so nice and kind, the doctor we saw was very kind and explained everything to me clearly, we’re always very happy leaving Optima Medical :) Great people who care about their patients!
