This gym is not like any I have ever been to. You will be welcomed and feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. Certified trainers are available to help you with form and make modifications if you need them. I highly recommend getting the nutritional counseling as well. Great environment! Everyone is genuinely friendly and encouraging. Definitely a judgement free zone ! The coaches push you to reach your goal while ensuring proper form is practiced. I look forward to each class !

Both of my daughters have been going to One More Fitness for 6 months. They both play travel club softball and we have noticed significant change in their speed and hitting power. We have noticed weight loss and muscle gain. They both love the environment and enjoy working out with Corbin and their softball group. Thank you OMF!
