I had an excellent experience with Mike S. From Mid-state Refrigeration. Mid-state quickly got me on the Schedule for the next day and Mike arrived right on time. From the start, Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about what needed to be done. I've never felt more comfortable.Mike really showed he genuinely cared. You don’t see that kind of integrity and customer care every day. I highly recommend Mid-state Refrigeration and in my opinion, their best employee,Mike S. to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and trustworthy HVAC service.
Great customer service on the phone & the gal (can’t remember her name, sorry) was very helpful to find a tech that would come after hours during incredibly high temperatures because having no a/c was brutal! The technician, Eddie, was a very professional & kind young man, willing to educate me as a fairly new widow & old lady living alone for the first time. These guys are seriously the best. They’ve come out 3 times now when my AC broke and every time was same day service. They are also honest and don’t try to fix things that aren’t broken. Very affordable. Highly recommend!
