Got a flat on 347 today. John with Knight Towing was very professional. He got to me quickly, put air in my donut tire, put it on my car and I was on the road in minutes. I was already having a rough morning and then to get a flat tire kinda broke me. I hope someone who works with John sees this and tells him he made a big difference in my life today with his kindness.
Jeff came out when my Buick wouldn’t unlock. Got me in, figured out the battery was dead. Jumped it and figured out the fan was stuck on, advised me to get a relay switch.
Swapped it and it fixed it.
Thank you so much, Jeff for saving me $100 some dollars I woulda spent trying to diagnose the issue. I super appreciate you :)
