On 6/5 & 6/6 had my 2004 Honda Element serviced by Lifetime Automotive Tempe AZ. Lifetime Automotive is a sole proprietor owned & by automotive tech Alex Burton. My brake fluid was low & diagnostic done & Master brake cylinder needed replaced. Also, needed some other maintenance done. So replaced engine coolant thermostat, rear suspension shocks& struts & sparks plugs . Written estimate of all automotive services to be done given before any automotive service rendered. The estimate was very reasonable & in line with industry standards & pricing. All above work completed to my satisfaction. I had them do some maintenance services and lower control arms on my 2014 4runner. After installing the control arms there was a squealing coming from the tires whenever i’d make a turn. Brought it in for an alignment and everything runs smoothly now. Jason was patient and attentive at helping resolve my issue.
After receiving a diagnosis on my F150, I decided to obtain a second opinion from Lifetime Automotive. I was greeted by Jason and we discussed the diagnosis, Jason was able to have my truck inspected later that afternoon. The tech did a thorough inspection and advised there was no issue found. He recommended a few preventative/routine maintenance issues based on mileage, fluid conditions, etc. They were able to expedite these services and I was on the road to San Diego the next morning...my MPG was amazing after these services...27.5 MPG driving through the desert with the A/C running and kayaks in the bed of my truck. Don't hesitate taking your vehicle here for service!
