Upon arrival the male nail techs area was still dirty from the appointment before me. This should have been my first red flag. This was the most painful experience that I've had getting my nails done. This has also been the shortest my nails have been. I asked for a simple french tip but the male nail tech said it was impossible. And then he proceed to file down my fingers. Yes you read that correct. He filed the skin on 3 of my fingers. When I told him it hurt he blamed my nails and did not stop. I was crying at this point. I then tried to engage in friendly conversation which he did not respond to. Now I'm leaving with plain nails that hurt so bad. I felt like such an inconvenience. I am not going back. I spent too much money to be this hurt and basic.
