English Dermatology Casa Grande is a premier medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology practice focused on the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer and medical skin conditions. The practice offers a wide range of services, including skin cancer removal, Botox, mole removal, laser hair removal, IPL photofacial, treatment for brown age spots, squamous cell skin carcinoma treatments, melanoma treatment, Mohs Micrographic Surgery, and acne treatment. English Dermatology is the largest dermatology-focused group in the Valley, with eight locations and 16 experienced, board-certified dermatologists and providers. Patients have reported that the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and that the check-in process is easy and convenient. However, some patients have experienced issues with contacting the office and scheduling appointments.

Update,,, there doesn't seem to be any way of getting in contact with the office at this place. I have been on hold for well over an hour and no one answers the phone and the recording says you could press one to leave a message so I've tried that five times. The voice mailbox is full so you can't leave a message then it just hangs up on you and you have to start over again.
My appointment is not until next year but I keep getting this message that I have an appointment coming up this week. Disgraceful the way this office runs

Always courteous. Check in on-line is easy and convenient. Front staff friendly and thorough. Dr. Chavez and his assistant very professional and knowledgeable. Answers all questions and takes time to address any concerns.
