First of all, I LOVE this company. The techs are AWESOME!!! I had a rattling noise coming from my blower motor that was getting worse by the day. It was determined that I needed a new squirrel cage and new mounting brackets. After replacing the parts, there was still a slight noise. Keith, the tech, was not happy with that. He was bound and determined to find out where the noise was coming from. He was like a dog searching for a buried bone. He didn't stop until he found the reason and corrected it. Greg came out and was extremely helpful and professional. I could tell he takes pride in his work, and he got my unit up and running fast. I've been going through this company for years and will keep returning for business.
Our AC went out over the holiday weekend and they were able to come first thing TUESDAY when I called - they fixed it and also explained the issue and what was needed and cost- so wonderful
