First we have to start with James in the Lab, he is always pleasant and ready to be of help. The front desk staff always greets you with a smile is willing to help. Team 3 are on point every time. Dr. Rhodes takes good care of my eyes. I've also done a few sessions with PT that were helpful.

Dr. Mercado is one of, if not THE best PC I've ever had assigned to me within the VA Women's Healthcare system. & Most of the front desk staff strive to be as helpful as us stubborn old veterans allow them to be! Remember to thank your Doctors, Nurses and attendants. They put up with too much red tape, too many stubborn, stuck in our ways veterans and get all of our colds and sicknesses! 💜

So employee Erica Gomez was very rude and stuck up came there to get labs and to speak with my provider which mind you they Do walk in and she turned around amd said you should of called traige. Nothing but issues with this place. My provider is great the workers not so much

We have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this VA. From primary care, optical, physical therapy and everything in between all staff is courteous, knowledgeable and caring. If you’re a veteran in this area, you can feel comfortable using this VA.
