Unless you know these people personally I highly recommend not going here! I’m a younger gal, and I have never been to this place before, saw it had decent reviews, which peaked my interest. I really wanted to get my nails done for my anniversary and the older nail tech lady was just plain out right rude! First I got there 10 mins before my appointment time and wasn’t helped until 30 mins later than my scheduled time, which is fine cause I understand things happen, but after I went in the back to be helped there was no welcome, no hello, no “have a seat”, NOTHING. Then after I showed her how I’d like to have my nails, she said that’s not the idea I originally mentioned two seconds before I showed her, so she refused to do them like in the pictures I showed her. She would ask me questions and when I went to answer she would very abruptly interrupt me to talk to her co workers and completely disregard me, a client. Any idea I would try to throw at her just to see if it can be done she completely shut down and said she wouldn’t do it, I’ve never met a nail tech this stubborn and not willing to do anything, just plain lazy. I should’ve seen a huge red flag when she kept most of her materials on the floor covered in dust. I don’t know about you but if you have new clients all the time I would treat them with kindness and not completely ignore them. On my way out the door after I told her I wasn’t interested anymore all the ladies started talking about me very rudely, I didn’t make a scene I plainly just stated to her I wasn’t interested anymore and would like to take my business somewhere else. They definitely need to learn more about how to be a bit more professional especially if they’re a small business, and rely on clients. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or not, but regardless working with customers she needs to learn to leave things at the door. I will for sure tell my friends and relatives about this experience and highly recommend them to NOT have any business with this place.

Well had my first pedicure as a man and Rikki talked me into it. Did a fantastic job and made my ugly toes beautiful. Lol I consider her special because I don’t let anyone look at my feet. Thanks for the great first experience. Had to come all the way from Canada just to get a pedicure. Was worth it. My fiancé had her hair done by Danielle and she did a fantastic job. She loved her cut and highly recommends this salon. Thanks again

Danielle did an amazing job on my hair. She gave me a beautiful cut and color that blends perfectly with my skin and looks really natural. She is really talented and listened fully to what I wanted, then used her talents to enhance even further beyond my expectations. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Bruneau’s!
