The receptionist was very personal and caring and efficient. The same goes with the assistant who took the blood pressure, etc., and the NP was a professional and caring and very clear on directions to follow.

Usually I've had good experiences with this Urgent Care so maybe just an off day for bedside manner. Felt like I was the plague or just in the doctors way but it wasn't busy at all. I really just wanted to know if I was okay and didn't want to clog up the ER as it was not necessary for my situation. The front staff and the lady that took my vitals were lovely and very caring though so two stars for them.

The visit was pleasant. Appointment was at scheduled time and I was out in 15 min. The front desk staff, medical tech, and NP Kimes were amazing. Would recommend to anyone seeking urgent care
