This place does not answer the phone no matter when you call them. I've called 7 times today with no answer at different times. Do not recommend, and should probably investigate your employees since obviously they don't do their job. I can't even get the health status of my mother in the ER.

They are uncaring, very insensitive. The doctor did not explain what he was doing. The doctor was rough.

During my stay here due to complications with my health due to my pregnancy a so-called (Crisis Counselor) came into my room and refused me to allow my husband there to stay with me while we talked which made me feel very uncomfortable and she talked to me first plus wanting to ask personal stuff and questions and I refused to talk with her she said I had to talk to her which is a lie and I know my rights and HIPPA and she pressured me into talking when I don't want to and feeling uncomfortable of her she took advantage of my mental state and then she made comments telling me she would contact anyone in my file about me and also went to my husband as he was a patient there as well and took advantage of him while he was there for medical treatment and he was on medications while he was there and she knew that. Also, she made up things and anyone in my file could lie about me and she would still believe them which is wrong when they are no longer in my life that was wrong and I would sue the hospital for if it came to it. Be careful of what or who comes in your room and tries to cause issues I wasn't there for Mental health issues or anything I was there for my pregnancy complications only this was wrong and harassment and she should loose her job and whoever had her come to my room I felt my privacy and HIPPA was Violated and I am not a Criminal.

Amazing how one individual can ruin a positive experience, I left a very good review which I now rescind... first review on 3/16, found to be just that particular physician... two weeks later... After seeing the ER doctor 3/29/24, I returned the next day 3/30... to have a cyst on my ear drained, told if it should get any worse or pain returns to come back.... took the advice of the physician who saw me (to put magnets on my ear) and due to that almost lost my ear. Well, the next day I return because it got severely worse, even the individual working the intake commented it looked twice as bad as the day before, and told that the physician on duty that night would be able to get everything solved... Robin... well, when I finally saw this Robin, I was told nothing we can do, you'll have to find another doctor, but they were kind enough to say that if it gets worse, I should return, even noted a reference on the discharge I may be just seeking meds, ...even with me stating I'm an addict/alkie in recovery (with several 24 hrs)... we all know that wasn't going to happen... doesn't take a couple letters after my name to know they're playing a game here, these thieving crooks in white coats. I ended up having to wait a few days to see an actual ENT physician, who as he phrased it "I am going have to do field surgery here to try to save this", after close to 2 hours of numbing, cutting into, scraping clots, rinsing with peroxide, vacuuming out the pocket he stitched a gauze pad to my ear to hold it together and contain the seeping, a week later, my ear was looking much better thanx to Dr. Wood in Chandler. I will say it was really nice of Banner to not only come close to costing me my ear, but also send me a $885 bill just to tell me to go home we can't help.... this Robin is a sole to stay clear of as is this hospital that condones this behavior. Then in a response from them they tell me to contact a department that actually doesn't exist... these crooks are unbelievable....

They refused medical treatment. But would not discharge me. When I cried out in pain , I was told to shut up unless I wanted them to get security. Nurses wouldn't even look at me. When I did have a nurse stop in they were rude. VERY RUDE. I left there extremely dehydrated, and in excruciating pain. The nurses don't care about the patients at all. Im back to using my walker, I could walk just fine before this visit..... never again. Need a zero star option

Brought my dad there's last night the front desk lady (brown hair) was cool but she got my dads name wrong all the RN were nice including the drs as well. I had to step out back to the lobby and the red hair lady at the receptionist desk was kind of snappy towards me as well. he got admitted to the hospital and when they were changing him I asked for an extra gown because he was super cold one of the male RN in the actual hospital had a sarcastic response and it kinda irritated me but I didn't say anything because they are taking care of my dad. They ended up transferring him to banner desert in chandler but he had to wait for an open room I asked them to please call me when they transferred him to the other hospital because we are not from out here just moved out here two weeks ago and they said they would(this was around 11am/12pm). My sister and brother go to visit him he isn't in the system so we are freaking out because we haven't got a call. Come to find out they already moved him(around 5pm)! When I finally talk to my dad (around 8pm) they said they tried to call and my phone was disconnected which is a lie, it honestly makes me think the lady that took all the information down put it in incorrect because it was the same lady that got his name wrong in the beginning . It's just annoying we have to look around for my father when they at least could've kept me updated that he was moving hospitals. Anything could've happen on the way there and we wouldn't have known.

I've had numerous incredibly bad experiences at the Banner Estrella location so when we moved down to Casa Grande and the local hospital was a Banner I was nervous. I considered staying at one in Chandler instead, just to not have to deal with another Banner facility. Every single person from the er staff, admissions, observation, respiratory therapists was amazing here. They were kind & compassionate, understanding and patient. Every person I met was absolutely astounding in their own special way. I'm a really severe asthmatic so I'm kind of a frequent flyer during my worst times of the year & I feel very safe in Banner Casa Grande hands.

I went in for back pain at my spine near my scapula. I got checked in, ended up getting an x-ray of my back, two prescriptions and lots of questions with me giving answers trying to explain how much pain I was in. I did not see a doctor, only nurses. When I got home I reviewed the paperwork I was given and discovered they ordered an x-ray of my scapula, which shockingly came back negative, since it wasn't my scapula that was hurting it was my spine NEAR my scapula! The two prescriptions I was given were for Naproxen and Lidocaine patches. The nurse at the ER wanted to know if my pharmacy was still at the Walgreens at Pinal and Kortsen. I said no, it's the Walgreens at Peart and Florence! When I got to my Walgreens at Peart and Florence they said they had not yet received the prescription from the hospital. I asked them if it was possible that it was sent to one of the other Walgreens in Cassa Grande. They looked and said that it was not. they told me to come back later. I came back later, and when I asked for my prescription, they said it was sent to the Walgreens at Pinal and Kortsen. I asked them to please have it sent to their location on, Florence and Peart. When I went back to get my prescription at Florence and Peart, all they had were the lidocaine patches, no naproxen! At this point, I threw my hands in the air and gave up. I figured I could just take two Aleve's and put one of their lidocaine patches on my back, and maybe reduce the pain about 10% and that's exactly what happened. I went to the ER to see if they could help me with some extreme pain in my back they sent me away with basically nothing except an order to see a physical therapist. Next time I'm in need of an ER I'll drive to Phoenix.

Kelsey is the BEST! She cares about her patients and takes the time with each and every one to insure they understand the test results.
