Called and they were able to come the same day. All communication was on point and detailed. Javon quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly. This is the second time we’ve used Appliance Works and we will continue to.
Great experience.
The person who answered the phone and scheduled my service was friendly and helpful. The tech Steve, was also great, he was on time and able to fix the issue quickly without charging an arm and leg.
Highly recommend.
Matthew T. from Appliance Works provided outstanding service from start to finish. Even though it was raining outside, he took the time to remove his shoes before coming in so he wouldn't track dirt onto my carpet. That level of respect and professionalism really stood out.
He was knowledgeable, efficient, and left the entire work area spotless when he finished. My dishwasher is working perfectly now, and I couldn't be happier with the repair.
I highly recommend Matthew T. and Appliance Works to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality service. Thank you for a great experience!
