Just purchased a home in Casa Grande and some minor work done. Called, they were there a day later(was not an emergency) and took care of my issue. Very courteous, professional. Will also sign up for times a year service. Very impressed.

Asked the locals who to call for HVAC problems and they all said AL & Riley's. I called on Wednesday and Angie informed me the earliest opening was Friday. It was a health issue so after 2 minutes they said Thursday between 1-5 was open. Ok, I said. Half an hour later they called and informed me there was an opening. Santiago came over and checked and cleaned my unit. Everything checked out and the only charge was for coming over. They gave a veteran discount to me as well. I was thoroughly impressed and relieved by the service and professionalism displayed.

I got a new unit from this company and it came with a fancy thermostat. :)Well, come time to use the heat I had issues turning it on (user error). They took my call on a Saturday and were very nice. A tech named Carlos stopped by the same day to help me with my thermostat and help me set everything up. They went way above and beyond to help me out. Carlos was very helpful and kind. As a first time home owner these things can be overwhelming and to know the company who you went through is available and polite is a huge relief, so thank you!
