Slater, from Tech4Life was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and a very nice guy. So glad I found Tech4Life to service my AV needs in particular our Contol4 system, with which we required adjustments on 3 different TV's. I highly recommend the company, and Slater in particular.
What a professional "team" of computer life savers. It was the best recommendation my friend could have given me. I made an appointment, they quickly called after reviewing my problem and explained my options. It was a miracle they were able to restore my data and upgrade my desk top computer. I also had them review my laptop. I received progress reports and easy instructions to re-connect all those wires once I got home. I would highly recommend Brandon and Steve to resolve your computer problems.
Wonderful group to work with. I brought in a few old towers and laptops that ran on various systems. I was hoping to find old vacation photos. Tech 4 Life not only found those photos, but found lots more I forgot about. They put them all on an external drive that I can easily access. The staff never made me feel like I was computer "illiterate" (which I am of course), and were very patient with me. These guys will absolutely be my go to group anytime I have computer problems!
