Jim Jagt is always pleasantly friendly, efficient at his skills and leaves everything working great . I have used Carefree Crystal Clear Pool Service for many years and appreciate owner John Stugart coming by to assure all is well.....it is.
We're first time pool owners. Jim was great. Even though I'd watched a ton of videos on cleaning a DE filter, I knew there would be at least one thing that would stump me. Sure enough, there were several things that would have stumped me if I'd have tried to clean it myself.
Luckily Jim knew exactly what to do and didn't mind explaining things to me.
Carefree Crystal Clear is the 4th pool expert to look at our pool and system. Two were different weekly maintenance guys who saw business and maintenance in a very warped way. We’ve been using Crystal Clear Pools for a few years now and have always had a great experience with them. They’re very responsive whenever we need service, whether it’s routine maintenance or a repair.
Over the years they’ve handled everything from smaller fixes to larger pool and equipment repairs, and the work has always been excellent. Just as important, they stand behind what they do.
We also use their weekly service, and they consistently show up and take great care of the pool, something we really appreciate after past experiences with other companies where that wasn't the case.
