Pulled up to get help with a tire/rim issue while I was using the company vehicle and they were super friendly and accommodating- went out of the way to help me immediately. Will definitely remember them for any future needs!!!
Shanon (I hope it's spelled correctly) and his team of techs are hands down the best! They went out of the way to buff out some extra damage not related to the reason the car was there! They fixed my elk damage and went above and beyond!
Had an accident while parked. Had so many issues with Hartford, but Shanen at Kaizen helped us work our way through the mess. The did a fabulous job fixing our car. Better than new!
