My heat pump went out in the middle of winter, Dalton's was quick to give me my options and find something that fit my budget. I'm happy with the unit I purchased and the timeliness of their install, thank you!
Dalton was amazing, my ac unit needed service.
They came out to service it same day within hours, and fixed the issue. They went above and beyond on their customer service:)
I want to share my appreciation to the staff and the service representatives who helped us with our broken heat pump. I had three different companies to diagnose this problem and I chose Dalton's. They put a lot of energy into first trying to fix the problem and additionally took care of some other issues before replacing the compressor. It is rare that I deal with a company that balances professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend them!
