2nd great experience I have had here, brought in my new prebuilt pc that wasn't showing a display. A employee named Phoenix was very helpful in trying to pinpoint or fix my issue. He wasn't able to fix it but tried his best free of charge. I realized later today that I forgot to get my PSU power cord by the time I realized shop was already closed. I'll come by tomorrow and see if that's still around.

Can I give a minus 5 stars? I took my iMac to these guys because it was running poorly. When I got it back, nearly 10 days later, my most important file folder with about three years of work in it was GONE! No way to estimate the loss of that much work. They tried to blame my system, but somehow only one folder was missing, and it was the one that I virtually cannot live without. $700 out of pocket. If I were in their shoes, I'd be too embarrassed to charge for creating such a mess. I wouldn't trust these people ten-year-old cell phone, let alone a computer. Potential lawsuit.
