Called to inquire about becoming a new patient. Told the lady I wouldn't provide my social security number as I protect it even though it is listed on their new patient forms. She got really nasty and told me I would be a "cash only" patient. I told her that wasn't going to happen since I have two insurance companies which cover these services. NO INSURANCE COMPANY USES YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AS A MEANS TO IDENTIFY YOU. YOU SHOULD NEVER GIVE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO ANY DOCTOR, DENTIST OR A CHIROPRACTOR. Went in for an adjustment and my back got popped. I went in with a stiff, aching back and left feeling amazing. The prices are so great, not a small fortune, but $70. $40 for the adjustment, $30 for new patient. I'd highly recommend to those with back problems!

First time chiropractic patient. My first scheduled appointment I slept thru my alarm, They graciously made me an appointment later in the week without any repercussions. My First actual visit, 10 pages of totally redundant insurance paperwork. Not a long wait at all, and the ladies in the front office were dealing with this pandemic in stride, and were very helpful and professional. Dr Beck is a huge guy, and this is coming from a huge guy, Dr Beck was able to manipulate me into several positions and CRACK me, but also put me at ease about working on my cervical and thoracic vertebrae.
